WHAT WE TREAT
Foot and Ankle Pain
Your feet and ankles absorb impact, support your body weight, and help you move efficiently. Pain in this area can affect walking, running, training, and daily tasks.
Foot and ankle discomfort is common and may result from minor injuries or complex conditions. The many bones, ligaments, and muscles in this area create multiple potential sources of pain.
Common Causes of Ankle Pain
Ankle Sprains & Instability
Ankle sprains are among the most common sports injuries, occurring when ligaments are overstretched or torn during twisting or rolling of the ankle.
Our rehabilitation programs focus on restoring mobility, strength, balance, and stability to reduce the risk of recurrent sprains and help you return to sport safely.
Plantar Fasciitis
This condition affects the thick band of tissue along the bottom of the foot (the plantar fascia). Pain often appears at the heel and is typically worse with the first steps in the morning.
Achilles Tendinopathy
Irritation of the Achilles tendon, often due to overuse, increased training load, or tight calf muscles, can cause pain and stiffness at the back of the heel.
Stress Fractures
Stress fractures are small cracks in the bone caused by repetitive load or sudden increases in activity.
Early assessment is important. We provide offloading strategies, strength training, and a structured return-to-running or return-to-sport plan once healing has progressed.
