During the day, our virtual reception team is available on the telephone, and outside of these hours our AI receptionist is available to assist with enquiries and bookings. You can also book online at any time using our secure online booking system.

Local Pay & Display: There is pay and display street parking available near the clinic on Polwarth Gardens, Merchiston Avenue and surrounding residential streets. This is typically enforced Mon–Fri ~8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Outside enforcement hours (evenings, weekends) parking is generally free in metered bays.
Active Health is well served by Lothian Buses and is easy to reach without a car.
These buses stop right on Polwarth Gardens, so you can get off and the clinic is a short walk from the stop.
If coming from further out, you can take:
11, 15, 16, 23 & 36 – get off at Morningside Road / Holy Corner and walk a short distance.
1, 34 & 35 – get off on Dundee Street (Fountainbridge area) then walk a bit to the clinic.
