Anthony Guiducci
Senior Physio
Originally from Australia, Anthony is a senior physiotherapist with over 13 years of experience. He is passionate about helping patients thrive, achieve their goals, and feel fully supported throughout their rehabilitation. His approach is collaborative and patient-centred, creating an environment where people feel heard, encouraged, and confident in their progress.
Anthony has extensive experience treating a wide range of commonly seen conditions, including headaches, tendinopathies, back pain, frozen shoulder, hip and knee osteoarthritis, nerve irritations and plantar fasciitis. He uses an effective combination of hands-on techniques (including myofascial release and dry needling), shockwave therapy, and tailored exercise programmes to guide patients along their recovery journey.
In recent years, Anthony has also embraced a regular Yoga practice, which has significantly enhanced his wellbeing, body awareness, movement quality and focus. This journey has inspired him to empower his patients not only physically but also mentally—helping them move with greater mindfulness and confidence, free from the barriers of pain, fear and anxiety.
Outside the clinic, Anthony is energised by a wide variety of interests. He loves DJing, playing guitar, multi-day cycling adventures, cooking, learning Italian, hiking, reading, and spending time in the sea or sauna to recover from an active lifestyle.
